What we collect
When you submit a form on this website we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the category of problem you selected, and any detail you add in the message field. If you call us instead, we take equivalent details over the phone.
Separately, we collect standard website analytics through Google Analytics. That covers which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, the type of device and browser used, and how you arrived at the site. This is statistical information and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, financial information, or government identification numbers. Please do not send those through the forms on this site.
Why we collect it
The details you submit exist for one purpose: to respond to your request and connect you with an independent rodent control provider who can help with it. Describing your situation accurately is what lets the right provider be matched to it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what is needed to respond to your request and to operate the site. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
